4 <br />The Preliminary Plat is served with an adequate waste disposal system. The existing two (2) <br />single family detached dwellings are connected to the City of Centerville municipal sanitary <br />sewer system. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Preliminary Plat is not a premature subdivision; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Preliminary Plat is approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The developer shall place iron monuments at all lot, block, and outlot corners and at all <br />other angle points on boundary lines consistent with the final plat; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the following items shall be addressed prior to release of final <br />plat mylars: <br /> <br />1. Preliminary Plat: <br />a. The lot areas shown on each lot shall be the area above the OHWL, not the total <br />lot area. <br />b.
