Introduction The City of Lino Lakes is completing this Feasibility Study for the extension of municipal sewer and water <br />to the Pine Haven neighborhood which is located on 81st Street, Danube Street, and Elbe Street. 2.1 Authorization On August 28, 2023, the City Council of Lino Lakes approved Resolution 23-89 authorizing the <br />preparation of a feasibility study for the extension of sanitary sewer and water systems to the Pine Haven <br />neighborhood which includes 81st Street, Danube Street, and Elbe Street. 2.2 Scope The City of Lino Lakes plans to reconstruct 81st Street, Danube Street, and Elbe Street as part of a larger <br />roadway improvement project, the project location map can be found in Appendix A . The most cost- <br />effective time to consider extending municipal utilities is in coordination with roadway reconstruction. <br />Thus, the City is evaluating the feasibility of extending municipal sanitary sewer and water systems to the <br />Pine Haven neighborhood.
