CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-82 <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL CONCURRENCE WITH COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY DESIGNATION <br />OF APOLLO DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County is proposing to convert the segment of Apollo Drive between <br />Lilac Street and County State Aid Highway 23 (Lake Drive) in the City of Lino Lakes to County State <br />Aid Highway; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City and County agree that the above-described section of roadway is <br />bordered by CSAH 12, and the segment is therefore appropriate for conversion as part of the <br />County State Aid Highway system; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />designation of Apollo Drive between Lilac Street and County State Aid Highway 23 (Lake Drive) <br />as County State Aid Highway is in all things approved. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of June, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk <br />257
