CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-77 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND CALLING PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE 2024 / <br />2025 STREET RECONSTRUCTION AND MUNICIPAL SEWER AND WATER <br />EXTENSION PROJECT FEASIBLITY REPORT, COLONIAL WOODS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 23-89, adopted August 28, 2023, a feasibility report <br />has been prepared by WSB LLC., with reference to the 2024 / 2025 Street Reconstruction and <br />Municipal Sewer and Water Extension Project Colonial Woods; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this report was received by the council on June 10, 2024, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information that the proposed improvement is <br />necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and it should best be completed in connection with <br />street reconstruction, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended, and a <br />description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels <br />has been included in the report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br /> <br />i. The council will consider the improvement 2024 / 2025 Street Reconstruction <br />and Municipal Sewer and Water Extension Project Colonial Woods in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of $4,024,209. <br /> <br />ii.
