CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2024 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2024 Surface <br />Water Management Project quotes were received, and tabulated: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Parkstone Contracting, LLC. of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, in <br />the amount of $109,859.00 for the base quote, is the lowest responsible bidder; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the funding for the project is through State Aid funds in amount of <br />$50,000.00, and the remainder of the project cost is to be funded through the Surface <br />Water Utility fund; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Parkstone Contracting, LLC. for the construction of the 2024 Surface Water <br />Management Project in the amount of $109,859.00; <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of June, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Hannah Lynch, City Clerk <br />CONTRACTOR BASE QUOTE ALTERNATE 1 <br />Parkstone Contracting, LLC $109,859.00 $50,994.90 <br />Southview Design $135,515.80 $60,877.00 <br />Friedges Did Not Quote Did Not Quote <br />Shoreline Landscaping Did Not Quote Did Not Quote <br />Peterson Companies Did Not Quote Did Not Quote <br />Dimke Excavating Did Not Quote Did Not Quote <br />384
