Reviewing CUP Procedures <br /> <br />Mr. Kohler requested a refresher on CUP procedures and under what conditions a CUP <br />is issued. Mr. Laden asked if it would be possible for Jay Squires, the City Attorney, to <br />review planning with the Board. Michael thought that would be beneficial. <br /> <br />Mr. Wipperfurth moved to adjourn the meeting.
