Moratorium•April 1 and May 28, City Council discussed a development moratorium in light <br />of 2 potential projects proposed in the NW quad of the City. <br />•Pulte-Del Webb and Madinah Lakes projects include approx. 400 acres of <br />existing sod farm area north and south of Main Street. <br />•No moratorium has been adopted by the City Council at this time. <br />•City will continue to review the Madinah Lakes PUD Concept Plan application. <br />•If a moratorium is adopted, review may be discontinued.5
