Board <br />recommendations are provided in the attached memo. <br /> <br />Park Board <br /> <br />The Park Board reviewed the concept plan on June 5, 2024. Board recommendations are park <br />dedication cash in lieu of land and additional trail connections throughout the development. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Board <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Board reviewed the concept plan on June 12, 2024. Board comments <br />include: <br /> <br />• Applicant should have neighborhood meeting <br />• Shift the mosque closer to Main Street <br />• Provide public access to lake <br />• Mixed support for density <br />• Mixed support for lot widths and lot sizes <br />• Mixed support for proposed natural buffers in side yards <br /> <br />PUD Preliminary Plan/Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />The City’s review and comments on the concept plan’s relation to the Comprehensive Plan and <br />development regulations does not grant any rights to the applicant to develop the property as <br />depicted by the concept plan. <br /> <br />A land use application for PUD Preliminary Plan/Preliminary Plat shall be required.
