Chris Stowe 426 Pine Street, discussed taxes, roundabouts, and the city sewer and water issues. <br />The city is spending more and more money. He questioned why, if developers are coming in <br />why not increase the building permits by 1000% because the existing taxpayers shouldn’t have <br />to pay for the new development. Stated the city has water, sewer, school problems, and Rice <br />Creek Watershed problems. <br />1.
