whole or in part, the creation of new lots for residential purposes. Notwithstanding the <br />moratorium imposed herein, a land use application for a minor subdivision in <br />compliance with City Code Section 1001.075 thru 1001.081 may be processed. The <br />study period will last no longer than one (1) year from the effective date of this <br />Ordinance, unless further extended by the City in accordance with Minnesota Statutes <br />462.355, Subd. 4. <br />Section 4.
