Consider Resolution No. 24-82, Concurring with County State Aid Highway <br />Designation of Apollo Drive <br />Community Development Director Michael Grochala is requesting City Council to <br />concur with Anoka County’s proposed designation of Apollo Drive, from Lilac to Lake <br />Drive, as a County State Aid Highway. Anoka County is proposing to convert the county <br />road section to CSAH. The designation does not change the function of the road or <br />have any impact on the City. <br />i. Motion to: Approve Resolution No. 24-82, Cocurring with County State Aid Highway <br />Designation of Apollo Drive <br /> <br />B. Drilling Estates <br />City Planner Katie Larsen requested approval of Resolutions 24-59 and 24-60 to adjust <br />the minor subdivision Lot lines at 7185 and 7193 Mound Trail. Properties are located in <br />Lino Lakes and Centerville. The Planning & Zoning Board held public hearing on May 8, <br />2024. There were no public comments.
