Consider Resolution No. 24-70, Accepting Quotes and Awarding a Construction <br />Contract for the 2024 Surface Water Management Project <br />WSB Project Engineer Diane Hankee requested approval of Resolution 24-70 to accept <br />quotes and to award a contract for the 2024 Surface Water Management Project. <br />Funding for the project is through state aid funds in the amount of $50,000, and the <br />remainder of the project cost is to be funded through the Surface Water Utility Fund. <br />Two quotes were received, and staff recommended acceptance of the lowest quote <br />from Parkstone Contracting, LLC, which came in at $109,859.00. <br />i. Consider Resolution No. 24-79, Approving the Joint Powers Agreement with Ramsey <br />County for Street Lighting Electric Service at CSAH 49/CSAH 32 Roundabout <br />WSB Project Engineer Diane Hankee requested approval of the Joint Powers Agreement <br />with Ramsey County for Street Lighting Electric Service at CSAH 49/CSAH 32 <br />Roundabout. The City of Lino Lakes is also installing decorative lighting along the north <br />side of CR J and north along Hodgson Road. <br />i.
