<br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Everlight Solar has complied with all provisions of Chapter 613 - Transient <br />Merchant, Peddler, Canvasser and Solicitor, of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the <br />necessary license; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check <br />on the representatives who will be working in Lino Lakes and no reason was found to deny the <br />license application as presented here. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby <br />approves the request of Everlight Solar to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period of six (6) <br />months. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of July, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk
