ME, X <br />WHEREAS, the City received a land use application for Drilling Estates final plat ("Final <br />Plat"); and <br />WHEREAS, City staff completed review of the Final Plat based on the following <br />information: <br />• Certificate of Survey with Resource Inventory Map prepared by E.G. Rud & Sons, Inc. <br />dated March 21, 2024 <br />• Preliminary Plat prepared by E.G. Rud & Sons, Inc. dated March 21, 2024 <br />• Final Plat prepared by E.G. Rud & Sons, Inc. dated March 21, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council the approved the preliminary plat with Resolution No. 24-59 <br />on June 10, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />Final Plat on May 8, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat is not considered premature and meets the performance <br />standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that: <br />1. The Final Plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat subject to the <br />conditions listed below. <br />2. The City Attorney reviewed the status of title/property ownership related to the Final <br />Plat. <br />3. A Development Agreement is not required. <br />4. Conditions attached to approval of the preliminary plat have been fulfilled or secured by <br />the Development Agreement. <br />5. All fees, charges and escrow related to the preliminary or Final Plat have been paid in <br />full; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Final Plat is approved subject to the following conditions: <br />
