She is also <br />requesting that the Council reject bids and authorize re -bidding. Two bids were <br />received, and the low bid in the amount of $110,464.00, was planned and awarded. <br />After bids were accepted and the construction contract was awarded, it was <br />determined that the low -bid materials did not meet the specifications.
