The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate a TRAIL EASEMENT <br />("Easement") dedicated over, under, and across property legally described as follows: <br />Lots 1-14, Block 5, Shores of Marshan Lake, City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, MN; and <br />2. The area of the vacated Easement is legally described as follows and is depicted on <br />Attachment A and Attachment B. <br />Attachment A -Trail Easement Vacation Exhibit (Lots 8-14,, Block 5,, Shores of Marshan <br />Description of Trail Easement area to be vacated (Doc. No. 1218320): <br />All that part of that particular trail easement, reserved in Doc. No. 1218320, and now to be <br />vacated, described as follows: <br />An easement for trail purposes over that part of Lot 11, Block 5, SHORES OF MARSHAN <br />LAKE, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies within a <br />15.00 foot wide strip of land, the center line of which is described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 13, Block 5, said SHORES OF MARSHAN <br />LAKE; thence South 89 degrees 03 minutes 42 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the <br />south line of said Lot 13, a distance of 124.39 feet; thence North 14 degrees 56 minutes <br />30 seconds East, a distance of 33.54 feet to the point of beginning of the center line to <br />be described; thence northeasterly to the southeast corner of Lot 4, Block 5, said <br />SHORES OF MARSHAN LAKE, and there terminating. <br />The side lines of said strip of land shall be lengthened or shortened to terminate on the <br />north line of Lot 8, Block 5, said SHORES OF MARSHAN LAKE and on the easterly line of the <br />trail easement in said Lot 13, as dedicated in said SHORES OF MARSHAN LAKE. <br />
