Background <br />Our residents' park and recreation <br />expectations are ever -changing. <br />There is a growing movement for larger <br />more comprehensive, inclusive, and <br />expensive destination parks. <br />w Scenic trails are highly valued. <br />To maintain a current, viable, and <br />sustainable Parks and Trail System., <br />we must be prepared to innovate <br />and reimagine our system. <br />We will need to stretch our resources by <br />strengthening our external partnerships. <br />Presentation to the Lino Lakes City Council 6/3/2024 <br />
