CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-105 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, 2024 REJUVENATOR PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, quotes for the 2024 Rejuvenator Project were received as follows; and <br />Contractor <br />Base Bid <br />Allied Blacktop Company <br />$136,000.00 <br />Corrective Asphalt Materials <br />Did not quote <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop Company is the lowest responsible bidder; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the city to <br />proceed with the project, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Allied Blacktop <br />Company in the amount of $136,000.00 by the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction <br />of the 2024 Rejuvenator Project according to the plans and specifications approved by the City <br />Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of August, 2024. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
