He also thanked <br />staff for their work in applying for the grant funding. <br />® The Community Development Director stated that this evening the Council <br />agenda Item 613, regarding the proposed moratorium will provide an opportunity <br />to discuss the purpose of a moratorium, the proposed scope of the area covered <br />by a possible one-year moratorium and the option to include an Alternative <br />Urban Areawide Review (AUAR). The AUAR would eliminate the need for any <br />further environmental review by individual development proposals, provided <br />development is within the parameters studies. The Planning and Zoning Board <br />reviewed this planning and land use item and recommended the proposed scope <br />and including the AUAR into the Master Planning process. <br />4.
