The development contains 4 <br />parcels totaling approximately 76 gross acres and consists of mix of residential housing types <br />and commercial development. The proposed development is called Wilkinson Waters. <br /> <br />Future land use applications may include: <br /> <br />• Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) <br />• Rezoning property from R, Rural to PUD, Planned Unit Development <br />• PUD Preliminary Plan/Preliminary Plat <br />• PUD Final Plan/Final Plat <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br /> <br />Current Zoning and Land Use <br /> <br />Current Zoning R, Rural <br />Current Land Use Agricultural <br />Future Land Use per <br />2040 Comp Plan <br />Medium Density, High Density, and <br />Signature Gateway <br />Utility Staging Area Stage 1A (2018-2025) <br />Stage 1B (2025-2030) <br /> <br />History <br /> <br />North Oaks Company PUD Concept Plan Review <br /> <br />In September 2015, North Oaks Company LLC submitted a PUD Concept Plan for Advisory Board <br />and Council review.
