6 <br />2040 Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />The following chart is a preliminary summary of the site’s general housing unit range <br />and density using Met Council’s density formula: <br /> <br /> <br />The Signature Gateway district allows for up to 15 units per net acre if the project meets <br />the City’s housing goals. These goals are provided in the attachments. The preliminary <br />range of allowed housing units for the entire site is 206 to 348 housing units. The <br />proposed 356 housing units exceeds the allowed the density range. <br /> <br />Shoreland Management Overlay Ordinance <br /> <br />City Code Section 1102.13(4) details Shoreland PUD density requirements.
