<br />It was the consensus of the Council to continue the discussion to a future Work Session <br />to allow time to review the draft resolution. <br /> <br />4. Review Regular Agenda <br />The City Council reviewed the regular agenda items scheduled with staff, discussing the <br />decertification of the Tax Increment Financing District 1-12 impact on taxes, the hiring of <br />the part-time firefighter and two paid-on-call firefighters, background on the City’s use <br />of the Motorola portable radios that are being proposed for donation to another <br />department, and the replacement radios that are currently in use in Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />5.
