Call to Order and Roll Call <br />Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 7:47 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Closed Meeting <br />Mayor Rafferty announced that the meeting would be closed to conduct the City <br />Administrator's performance review, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §13D.05, Subd. 3. <br />The meeting was recorded as required. <br /> <br />3. City Administrator Performance Evaluation <br />The City Council conducted the performance review for the City Administrator. <br /> <br />4.
