These standards are summarized in the <br />PUD Master Plan Booklet and are incorporated as part of the Master Development Agreement. <br />Each phase (i.e. addition) of development shall submit a PUD Final Plan consistent with the PUD <br />Development Stage Plan. <br />In October 2017, Council approved an amendment to the PUD Development Stage Plan’s <br />overall Land Use Plan.
