CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />101*101• <br />��� � !I1111 111 11 � I <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for massage licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is one (1) <br />year, commencing on July I and ending on June 30 of the following year; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of massage licenses; and, <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the submitted renewal applications and verified that <br />local licensing requirements have been met; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted the requisite <br />background investigations for license renewals; and, <br />WHEREAS,, the following applicants have applied for renewal of an enterprise license: <br />license: <br />Name of Business <br />Allure Salon & Spa, Inc. <br />Everyday Kneads LLC <br />Heather's Healing Hands <br />Revitalize Therapeutic Massage <br />WHEREAS,, the following applicants have applied for renewal of an individual therapist <br />Name of Massage Therapist <br />Doing Business At <br />Alicea White <br />Allure Salon & Spa, Inc. <br />Emilie Krienert <br />Everyday Kneads LLC <br />Heather Lewis <br />Heather's Healing Hands <br />Rebeka Olson <br />Revitalize Therapeutic Massage <br />Sara Thornbloom <br />Heather's Healing Hands <br />NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />City hereby approves renewal of the above -listed massage licenses, with said approval contingent <br />upon applicants meeting all city and state requirements for said licenses. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this loth day of June, 2024. <br />
