CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-122 <br />ANNOUNCING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2025 BUDGET AND LEVY <br />WHEREAS, following the adoption of a preliminary levy for taxes payable 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes require the announcement of the time and place of any <br />subsequent regularly scheduled meetings at which the budget and levy will be discussed; and <br />WHEREAS, the public will be allowed to speak prior to the adoption of a final levy for taxes <br />payable 2025. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />public hearing for the 2025 budget and levy is hereby announced for Monday, December 9, 2024 <br />at 6:30pm during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting in the Council Chambers at the <br />Civic Complex, 600 Town Center Parkway. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of September 2024. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
