The Authority may also <br />exercise one or more of the following remedies: (1) withhold approval of any disbursement request, (2) <br />demand repayment of any grant disbursements under this Agreement, (3) reject any pending application <br />by the Recipient for financial assistance, (4) to the extent permitted by law, demand immediate payment <br />of the Loan and the Note in full and, upon such demand, the outstanding principal amount of the Loan <br />and Note will be immediately due and payable, with interest accrued thereon to the date of payment, <br />or (5) exercise any other remedy available to the Authority at law or in equity, including under Minnesota <br />Rules, Chapter 7380, as amended. If the Authority subsequently determines at the Recipient has cured <br />all events of default, the interest rate on any unpaid Loan principal will vert back to the original <br />interest rate. <br />ARTICLE 10 —ADMINISTRATION <br />Section 10.1 Amendments.
