CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-127 <br />AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION SERVICES WITH WSB <br />OTTER LAKE ROAD EXTENSION <br />WHEREAS, on August 14, 2023 the City authorized the preparation of plans and <br />specifications for the proposed extension of Otter Lake Road from Main Street to its <br />intersection with Elmcrest/241" Avenue, and <br />WHEREAS, construction of the improvements will requirement the acquisition of right- <br />of-way and permanent and temporary easements, and <br />WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to assist the City with right- <br />of-way acquisition services including preparation of all required appraisals and exhibits. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />professional services agreement with WSB for right of way acquisition services in the amount of <br />$71,600.00 is hereby approved and staff is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the <br />City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of September, 2024. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
