3 <br /> <br />The area around the existing house generally drains toward Lois Lane. The balance of <br />the lot drains to a slight depression in the middle east side of the lot towards the <br />abutting property to the east. <br /> <br />Proposed Conditions <br /> <br />Drainage will be routed from the new lots to the rear yard. A small rear yard depression <br />running along the rear property line is proposed to convey drainage from west to east. <br />This basin will overflow to the east matching existing conditions. <br /> <br />Stormwater Pollution Prevention <br /> <br />The Grading, Drainage, and Erosion Control Plan will need to be revised to identify a <br />rock construction entrance and incorporate erosion control around the perimeter of the <br />site. <br /> <br />Flood Plain <br /> <br />Site does not fall within the flood management zone. <br /> <br />Shoreland District <br /> <br />Site does not fall within the Shoreland District. <br /> <br />Wetlands <br /> <br />There are no wetlands indicated on this site in the Natonional Wetlands Inventory. No <br />wetland impacts are proposed for this project. <br /> <br />Greenway System, Parks and Trails <br /> <br />The site is not part of the Greenway System. <br /> <br />Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) Considerations <br /> <br />The site is not within the 2005 I-35E Corridor AUAR environmental review boundary. <br /> <br />Drinking Water Protection <br /> <br />The site is not within the Drinking Water Supply Management Area (DWSMA).
