The applicant proposes to subdivide the existing parcel located at 559 <br />Lois Lois Lane into four single family lots for the purpose of constructing three new <br />single family homes. The lot is 1.11 gross acres (48,510 sf). This is a project similar to <br />recent approvals including Jansen Addition and the recent Slater Addition. Properties to <br />the immediate west (Golden Acre) and east (Hailey Manor). Where also subdivided in <br />the same way. <br /> <br />This staff report is based on a review of the following documents: <br /> <br />• Certificate of Survey, Preliminary Plat, and Tree Inventory prepared by E.G.
