Larsen, AICP-City Planner-Lino Lakes <br />From: Mark Krogh, Java Lino Retail 2.0 LLC <br />Date: 9/9/2024 <br />Re: Lino Retail 2.0 Narrative Description <br />Dear Katie, <br />The following is a narrative description narrative a description of the proposed project and how it complies <br />with the Marketplace Design Guidelines and what amendments to the guidelines we are requesting if any. <br />Narrative Description: <br />The Lino Retail 2.0 project will consist of a 7,200 square foot auto parts retail store, a 6,000 square retail <br />strip center with a drive thru, the tenants for this center are to be determined, but they will be retail in nature <br />and final a 1,800 square foot oil changing business.
