This would <br />subsequently allow the ATF to monitor and revoke any licenses and have more <br />transparency into the business of firearms. The removal of this verbiage would not allow <br />for weapons, explosives, and ammunition to be manufactured or sold without a Federal <br />Firearms License (FFL). <br />Current Business Activities and Requirements <br />Customer Frequency <br />The current frequency of customers at my house is on a scheduled basis where an <br />appointment needs to be setup by the customer to ensure that I would be able to assist in <br />the transfer of a firearm. I have had only a handful of customers but not additional <br />noticeable traffic or pickups would occur at the home due to this change. <br />Licensing overview <br />Currently my business is licensed with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tabacco, Firearms, <br />and Explosives with a type 7 Federal Firearms License. Below I will describe more about <br />what this means. Currently there are no state licenses that I need to obtain other than <br />sustaining my LLC which isn't necessary for obtaining an FFL. <br />There are more restrictions on my type of FFL specifically with the International <br />Traffic in Arms Regulations or ITAR for short.
