Natures Refuge North Concept Plan Submittal <br />14111109=»_\ill <br />There are four proposed street connections. One connecting from the south from Natures Refuge via Haywood <br />Drive and connecting to future development to the north, one to the west to Arena Acres, and one to the east <br />for future development. If the City desires, M/I Homes would be open to other options to provide connections <br />to Andall Street. <br />The proposed development has a total of 92 60-foot-wide villa lots. The following table compares the <br />proposed standards to the Two Family Residential (R-2) zoning district.
