Borrow areas / Lakes area will be <br />maintained by the HOA. <br />• Permits Required <br />Required permits will be determined at the time of preliminary plat submittal. Potential <br />permits may include some of the following and others: <br />1. NPDES General Construction Permit <br />2. City of Lino Lakes Zoning Permit for Construction <br />3. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Sanitary Sewer Extension Permit <br />4. Minnesota Department of Health <br />5. Rice Creek Watershed District Permit <br />6.
