11. Haywood Drive should be adjusted to minimize potential wetland impacts to the <br />east of the site. Street location entering the site should be shifted to minimize <br />tree impact if possible. <br />12. Proposed open space areas should remain in the ownership of the HOA with a <br />Conservation Easement granted to the City. <br />13. The Board expressed concern with the wetland and tree impacts associated with <br />extension of Street C to Andall Street. The Board suggested that the street right <br />of way be dedicated to preserve corridor for future use, if necessary, but don't <br />construct the street with the development. <br />• Page 2 <br />
