Not all redline <br />°° comments are in the review memo. <br />co <br />N <br />U, Engineering <br />• Grading <br />0 <br />The Slater Addition grading consists of grading the original single-family lot to create three <br />(3) single-family lots. There are urban sections along both Lois Lane and Meadowview <br />Trail. An existing drainage swale generally flows counterclockwise around the lots at <br />minimal grade discharging to the northwest. <br />a <br />a <br />Comments: <br />Q 1.
