CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-132 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 1 AND FINAL FOR THE 2024 REJUVENATOR PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, on August 12, 2024, the City Council passed resolution 24-105, awarding the <br />contract for the 2024 Rejuvenator Project to Allied Blacktop Company, Inc. in the amount of <br />$136,000.00; <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 1 (Final) where the <br />final amount for the 2024 Rejuvenator Project was $80,600.00; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 1 (Final) is approved for a final payment amount of $80,600.00 for the 2024 <br />Rejuvenator Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of October, 2024. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
