The Environmental Coordinator will provide separate <br />comments. <br />•Floodplain <br />The Spargus Estates subdivision does not impact floodplain. <br />•Drainage and Utility Easements <br />The current drainage and utility easements are being maintained from the original single- <br />family lot (10’ front; 5’ sides).
