•Tra;ic : The increase in units is modest and will not significantly increase traMic
volumes. Moreover, the new design incorporates better circulation for service
vehicles and staM.
•Utilities: The revised design will not place additional strain on existing
infrastructure. In fact, the reduced square footage may slightly decrease utility
demands.
Conclusion
The proposed amendment to the PUD reflects careful planning and consideration of
community needs, sustainability, and eMicient use of space. The transition to a three-story,
48,888 square-foot facility with 57 units oMers multiple benefits, including enhanced
operational flow, a smaller building footprint, and improved land use. We respectfully
request approval of this amendment, as it will allow us to continue our commitment to
providing high-quality care to our residents while positively contributing to the surrounding
community.
Attachments
•Revised site plan
•Architectural renderings
