A six (6) foot high maintenance free privacy fence shall be located along the west <br />lot lines of all three (3) lots. <br />2. At least one of the trees on Lot 1, Block 2, planted to meet foundation landscape <br />requirements should be moved to the Lake Drive facing foundation area. <br />3. The location of low maintenance turf areas (MN DOT 34-131) should be <br />identified on the plan sheets. <br />4. The Photometric Plan should be revised to clearly show property lines and <br />location of lighting sources/type. <br />Detail sheets showing all fixtures for both overhead lighting and exterior building <br />lighting shall be submitted for review and approval. <br />9 Page 1 <br />
