The ACHD Engineering Plan Review process will apply to this site. The following items <br />should be submitted to Brandon Ulvenes, Engineer ll, <br />Brandon.Ulvenes(a)anokacountvmn.gov (checklist and payment information are available on <br />our website: https://www.anokacountymn.gov/4072/Development-Review): <br />• Construction plans (including turn lane plans) <br />• Utility relocation plans <br />• Traffic Control plans <br />• Grading and erosion control plans <br />• Drainage calculations — Note that the post -developed rate/volume of runoff must <br />not exceed the pre -developed rate/volume of runoff for the 10-year critical design <br />storm <br />• ACHD Design Requirements Checklist <br />• Engineering plan review fee (estimated at $500.00) <br />Following the completion of the ACHD Engineering Plan Review process, the contractor(s) <br />who will be completing any work within the county right of way must begin the ACHD Permit <br />process. One permit forwork within the County Right of Way ($150.00) and one Street Access <br />permit ($250.00) must be obtained prior to the commencement of any construction. License <br />permit bonding, methods of construction, design details, work zone traffic control, restoration <br />requirements and follow-up inspections are typical elements of the permitting process.
