CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-150 <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SOLICITOR LICENSE TO ACE SOLID WASTE <br />WHEREAS, Ace Solid Waste, located in Ramsey, Minnesota, has applied for the renewal <br />of a solicitor license to allow Gary Jenson to solicit within the City of Lino Lakes; and, <br />WHEREAS, Ace Solid Waste has complied with all provisions of Chapter 613 of the Lino <br />Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license and has not been the subject of any <br />complaints in the last six month; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby <br />approves the request of Ace Solid Waste to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period of six (6) <br />months, effective November 12, 2024 through May 12, 2024. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 121h day of November 2024. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC <br />City Clerk <br />
