CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-145 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL FOR THE 2023 TRUNK WATERMAIN <br />LAKE DRIVE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, on August 14, 2023, the City Council passed resolution 23-79, awarding the contract <br />for the 2023 Trunk Watermain Lake Drive Project in the amount of $315,650.01 to Geislinger & <br />Sons; <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 2 (Final) where the final <br />amount of the 2023 Trunk Watermain Lake Drive Project was $298,788.01; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment Request No. <br />2 (Final) is approved for a final payment amount of $11,511.78 for the 2023 Trunk Watermain <br />Lake Drive Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12t" day of November, 2024. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
