CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-149 <br />AUTHORING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR LINO LAKES PUBLIC WORKS FACILITIES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has identified the need to construct and new Public Works <br />Facilities to meet the current and future needs of the community; and <br />WHEREAS, construction of the new facility is identified in the City's Five Year Capital <br />Improvement Plan for construction in 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has directed staff to seek Architectural and Engineering <br />services to prepare plans and specifications for the making of said improvements; <br />WHEREAS, the City has prepared a Request for Proposal for Architectural and Engineering <br />services which includes a project description, scope of work, and general instructions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that staff <br />is hereby authorized to advertise a Request for Proposals seeking Professional Architectural and <br />Engineering services for preparation of plans and specifications for the Public Works Facility. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 121h day of November 2024. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
