1" Reading: November 12, 2024 <br />Website Notice: November 13, 2024 <br />2nd Reading: November 25, 2024 <br />Publication: December 3, 2024 <br />Adoption: November 25, 2024 <br />Effective: January 2, 2025 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 15-24 <br />DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT VACATION <br />(1057 BLACK DUCK CT, LOT 14 BLOCK 2, BLACK DUCK ESTATES, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA) <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1: Findings of Fact <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate the drainage and utility <br />easement ("Easement") as shown in Attachment A and legally described as <br />follows: <br />That part of the drainage and utility easement lying over, under, and across Lot <br />14, Block 2, BLACK DUCK ESTATES, Anoka County, Minnesota, as created and <br />dedicated in said BLACK DUCK ESTATES, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 14, thence North 00 degrees 02 <br />minutes 18 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the easterly line of said Lot <br />14, for a distance of 90.00 feet to an angle point along said easterly line, and to <br />the point of beginning of said easement to be vacated; thence South 75 degrees <br />38 minutes 00 seconds West, for a distance of 82.57 feet, more or less, to a point <br />on the west line of said Lot 14 being 70.00 feet from the southwest corner <br />thereof; thence North 00 degrees 02 minutes 18 seconds West, along said west <br />line, for a distance of 102.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 42 <br />seconds East, for a distance of 50.00 feet; thence South 45 degrees 17 minutes <br />35 seconds East, for a distance of 52.89 feet, more or less to the easterly line of <br />said Lot 14; thence South 09 degrees 37 minutes 47 seconds West, along said <br />easterly line, for a distance of 45.00 feet to said point of beginning. <br />Except that part embraced within the easterly and Westerly 5.00 feet of said Lot <br />14. <br />A public hearing was held on November 12, 2024 before the City Council in the <br />City Hall Council Chambers after due published and posted notice had been <br />given and reasonable attempts were made to give personal notice to all affected <br />
