Lino Lakes City Council <br />Closed Meeting <br />Minutes <br />DATE: November 12, 2024 <br />TIME STARTED: 7:13 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED: 7:40 P.M. <br />LOCATION: Community Room <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Rafferty, Councilmembers Cavegn, Lyden, Stoesz and Ruhland <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None <br />Staff Members Present: City Administrator Sarah Cotton, Community Development Director <br />Michael Grochala and Finance Director Hannah Lynch. <br />Guests in Attendance: Keith Dahl, Ehlers & Associates <br />1. Call to Order and Roll Call <br />Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 7:13 p.m. <br />2. Closed Meeting <br />Mayor Rafferty announced that the meeting would be closed in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statues, Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(c) (3), the meeting to discuss offers <br />and counter offers for the lease of real property located at 1710 Birch Street. <br />3. Lease of Real Property <br />The City Council discussed the lease of real property located at 1710 Birch Street. <br />4.
