5. This ordinance shall be recorded with Anoka County; and <br />6. Four -fifths of all members of the City Council concur with this ordinance. <br />Section 2: Street Vacated <br />The Street described herein is hereby vacated. <br />Section 3: Any person, corporation or public body owning or controlling easements contained <br />upon the property vacated, reserves the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter <br />upon such way or portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace or otherwise attend <br />thereto. <br />Section 4: Effect <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter and upon filing of the ordinance. <br />Section 5: The vacation provided for by this ordinance is contingent on the dedication of new <br />77th Street right-of-way in the Lino Retail 2.0 plat, said new right-of-way to be named <br />Marketplace Drive.
