The Environmental Coordinator will provide separate <br />comments. <br />• Floodplain <br />The Spargus Estates subdivision does not impact floodplain. <br />• Drainage and Utility Easements <br />The current drainage and utility easements are being maintained from the original single- <br />family lot (10' front; 5' sides). Additional easements need to be added around the <br />perimeter of the smaller lots (10' front and back; 5' sides). <br />• Development Agreement <br />A development agreement will be required with the final plat. <br />• Grading Agreement <br />No grading agreement is required for this site. <br />• Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />No stormwater maintenance agreement is required for this site. <br />• Permits Required <br />1.
