The subdivision is consistent with the comprehensive plan. It does <br />meet the performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance with the approved <br />variances. <br />Blocks and Lots <br />The proposed preliminary plat creates 1 block with 3 lots. Lot 1, Block 1 will contain the <br />existing house which will remain on site. Lot 2 and Lot 3 will be developed with single family <br />detached dwellings. <br />Streets and Alleys <br />Arlo Lane is a minor collector road and is capable of handling two (2) additional single family <br />detached dwellings. <br />
