CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-169 <br />ACCEPTING THE 2025-2029 FINANCIAL PLAN <br />WHEREAS, a Five -Year Financial Plan has been prepared in accordance with the Lino <br />Lakes City Charter Section 7.05; and <br />WHEREAS, the Financial Plan is a guiding document to be used for decision making; and <br />WHEREAS, projects and financing sources outlined in the Financial Plan are not <br />authorized until approved by the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that: <br />1. A public hearing was held on the 2025-2029 Financial Plan. <br />2. The 2025-2029 Financial Plan is accepted as presented. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED all 2025 Citywide projects have been reviewed during the <br />budget process and are approved as presented in the Plan. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 91" day of December, 2024. <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
